1. World Wide Delivery

• We are pleased to offer worldwide delivery of our products. No matter where you are, you can enjoy our exclusive collection of wedding apparel, jewelry, and accessories.

2. Shipping Addresses

• Please note that courier companies do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses. We request that you provide a full street address, including the correct pin code/zip code and a telephone/mobile number to ensure smooth delivery.

3. Non-Shipping Days

• We do not dispatch orders on Sundays or public holidays in India, as our logistics partners do not operate on these days. Orders placed on these days will be processed on the next working day.

4. Incomplete or Wrong Address

Once your order is dispatched, if the package is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, we will not be responsible for such cases, and no refunds will be provided. Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate before placing your order.

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are additional and vary depending on the weight of the products and the delivery location. These charges will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

6. Order Dispatch Notification

As soon as your order is handed over to the courier company, we will send you an email notification with the shipment details. This will include the tracking number and the courier company’s website link, so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

7. Tracking Information

Tracking numbers may take up to 24 business hours to become active on the courier company’s website. If you do not see your tracking information immediately, please allow some time and check again later.

8. Delivery Time

We aim to deliver any International orders within 9 to 12 working days, depending on the destination. Delays caused by customs or external factors may extend this period, but we will keep you informed in case of any significant changes.
