Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policy

At Jodhpuri Galax, we prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to provide a hassle-free shopping experience. Please read the following policies to understand the terms for returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations.

Return Policy

1. Return of Stitched Products

We do NOT accept returns for any stitched clothing. This includes ready-made garments as well as products ordered with customized stitching. Once these items are tailored or altered as per your specifications, they cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. Return of Unstitched Products

If you are not satisfied with the unstitched product you received from Jodhpuri Galax, you may return it to us in its original condition and packaging within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and with all original tags intact.
Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the product received is damaged or defective.

Refund Policy

For unstitched products, refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned items.
The refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item, provided it meets the return criteria.
No refunds will be provided for stitched products as per our return policy.

Exchange Policy

We do not offer exchanges for stitched clothing. However, if you wish to exchange an unstitched product, please contact our support team at Info@jodhpurigalax.com.
Exchanges are subject to product availability, and shipping charges for exchanges will be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, a refund will be provided only if the cancellation is requested within 24 hours of placing the order.
All cancellation requests must be sent via email to Info@jodhpurigalax.com.
Cancellations will not be accepted once the order/product(s) has been dispatched from our warehouse.
In case of successful cancellation within the specified time frame, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Important Notes:

Orders canceled or returned due to wrong/incomplete address provided by the customer will not be eligible for a refund.
All returns and cancellations must be requested via email.’
